If you loved classic browser space strategy but no longer have the nights for it, this is for you. We kept the heart of the genre and removed the reasons people quit.

Night raids, alarm clocks, and a lost fleet because you went to bed.
Quiet Hours: a daily 7-hour window when no one can attack or spy on you, plus a push alert for every incoming attack.

Veterans with years of head start farm newcomers for days.
Every season starts from zero. Newcomer protection and a catch-up bonus keep late arrivals in the race.

Universes shrink to a handful of players, then get merged.
Eight-week seasons instead of mergers. Clearly labelled NPC factions keep quiet sectors busy, and a new universe only opens when the last one is full.

Layer upon layer: a dozen planets to babysit, extra tech trees, endless expedition grinding.
At most 8 planets, 3 resources plus energy, and a daily expedition limit. Real decisions, no spreadsheets or browser scripts.
Still here: raiding, espionage, debris fields, real-time fleets on a coordinate map, alliances and leaderboards.
Every season is played around Vesper, a red giant on the edge of collapse. When it falls, the season ends, the winners enter the Hall of Fame, and a new system begins.
Weeks 1–2
Expand, mine and found your first colonies. Newcomer protection covers everyone.
Weeks 3–5
The main war. Alliances form, fleets clash, and joint attacks hit hard.
Weeks 6–7
The Relic Beacons awaken and Vesper grows unstable. Inner orbits produce less every week, so empires have to move.
Week 8
The final 72 hours: beacon points count double and Quiet Hours shrink to 3 hours. The season closes at a fixed time.
Titles, cosmetics and your season stats. Never resources, ships or research: next season, everyone starts from zero again.
All numbers are current design values and may be tuned before launch.
Fleets fly in real time while you get on with your day. Two or three short check-ins keep you competitive.
Read your reports, fill the build and research queues, send out a raid.
A push alert says your fleet is back. Send the next mission from your phone.
Coordinate with your alliance, launch the big attack, then let Quiet Hours take over.
Pick a 7-hour window, say 23:00 to 06:00. During it, your planets can't be attacked or spied on. The price is fair: you can't attack or spy either. You can change the window once a week, with a 24-hour delay, so nobody can use it as a tactical shield.
Your fleet circles your home system for 1 to 12 hours, can't be attacked and comes home on its own.
Keeps 10–40% of your stock out of raiders' reach.
Attacks on players take at least 20 minutes to arrive. You get a push alert, email or Discord message as soon as one is spotted.
Sunsfall is free to play. We earn money with cosmetics and a convenience subscription, and our Fair Play Charter makes that a public promise.
