In short
- This website runs no analytics or tracking code in your browser and uses no advertising or social media pixels, and we set no cookies. We do not create user profiles and do not follow you across websites.
What is stored on or read from your device
- Language choice: when you choose a language yourself (with the language switcher or on the start page), your browser saves this choice in its local storage under the key sunsfall.lang, so that the start page can take you straight to your language next time. Nothing is stored before you click; the value is not sent to us and remains until you delete your browser data.
- Storing and reading your language choice is strictly necessary for a function you request (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive; in Germany § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, in Hungary § 155(4) of Act C of 2003 on electronic communications) and therefore needs no consent.
Statistics we see
- Cloudflare shows us aggregated statistics calculated from the requests to this website, such as the number of requests and visitors' countries. They need no cookies or scripts in your browser and do not identify you.
Future measurement
- We may later measure page views in a privacy-friendly way.
- Before we introduce any measurement, we will update this page and the privacy policy. Where the law requires it, in particular before anything is stored on or read from your device for measurement, we will ask for your consent first.
